Our Behaviour support specialists are experienced in creating individualised plans that are responsive to the needs of people living with a disability. Our aim is to promote independent living and eliminate the need for restrictive practices. We create individualised Behaviour assessments and management plans that meet both the needs of clients and the support staff, as well as NDIS legislative requirements with the aim to support individuals to live in a way that promotes optimal levels of independence. We focus on risk mitigation strategies that cater to our clients, their support staff, and the community. We support individuals who are on Non-Custodial Supervision Order or Corrections Order.
